Parquet has been considered as one of the best floor coverings in the world for decades. Due to its quality, variety of grades and patterns, the parquet of VIVAD 09 is one of the best on the Ukrainian wood processing market.

VIVAD 09 produces the following types of parquet:

  • industrial (represented with Standard and Natur grades),
  • mosaic (Natur, Object, Rustic and Geschtreift varieties),
  • block parquet.

Industrial flooring

Industrial flooring is high quality floor covering that can easily withstand the heaviest loads in the whole house, as well as cope with temperature differences and other features.

Due to thicknesses such as 10, 16 and 22 millimeters, and it’s production from oak, this type of flooring makes it difficult to find the same durable alternative to other types of flooring. Industrial flooring will not only fulfill the above mentioned conditions, but also become a luxurious addition to modern housing.

This type of flooring can be selected in Standard and Natur grades, while the first grade will be considered for country- style interiors and the second one for contemporary-style housing. Industrial parquet will successfully complement the following parts of the house: stairs, corridors or, for example, personal gyms

Characteristics

  • Lamellas (industrial parquet) are stacked vertically face up, in elements (40 pieces in one element).
  • Size of one lamella: width 8 mm, length 160 mm, thickness 10, 16, 22,85 mm. On request: width 22,85 mm, length 160 mm, thickness 18 mm.
  • Each element should be packed with both light and dark lamellas in a proportion of 50% to 50%.
  • Each element is covered 1 time with adhesive tape 2 cm wide.

Characteristics

  • Elements are packaged with thermal film. The size of one pack with dimensions of the parquet 22,85x8x160 and 16x8x160 is 1,024 m2, a pack with the parquet size 10x8x160 is 2,048 m2.
  • Humidity: 9% (+ -2%).
  • Size tolerances, mm: Height -0 / + 0.2; Width + 0 / -0.2; Length + 0 / -0.2

Mosaic flooring

Mosaic flooring is floor covering that is intended to become the perfect complement to the exquisite interiors of the interior of a dwelling. The thickness of this type of flooring is 8 millimeters, it allows the mosaic flooring to be a reliable flooring on the one hand, and on the other - to harmonize with the warm floor. Ukrainian oak, which is used for production of this type of flooring will decorate both modern design and classic-style design. The variety and beauty of mosaic parquet patterns, which VIVAD 09 offers for its partners will emphasize the uniqueness of each room - a parallel, a chessboard, an English knit and a Christmas tree.

It is also worth paying attention to this advantage of the mosaic flooring from "VIVAD 09" - it is presented in the varieties: "Natur", "Object", "Rustic" and "Geschtreift". They differ in the structure of oak fibers, sawing, knots and coloring. Thanks to this, you can choose a parquet which is most harmoniously combined with design of the house.

  • Lamellas (22,85x8x160 mm) are glued to the grid in boards (mats), measuring area of one board: 320x640 mm or 320x480 mm.
  • Boards are stacked vertically face up.
  • Boards are packed in packs by means of a heat-packing machine, in 1 pack - 20 boards, the area of 1 pack - 4,096 m2 or 3,072 m2.
  • Humidity: 9% (+ -2%).
  • Size tolerances, mm: Height -0 / + 0.2; Width + 0 / -0.2; Length + 0 / -0.2

Block parquet

If mosaic and industrial flooring consist of small parquet strips 16 cm long, the length of one piece of block parquet can be up to half a meter. Also a feature of block parquet is that its individual elements are attached to each other with the groove-ridge provided in the parquet element itself, forming a complete parquet floor. So, for laying of block parquet is enough to connect its separate elements with the help of such internal "lock".
